Data Deletion Instructions
You have the right to request deletion of the personal data AZENTIS holds about you. This applies to data collected through our website (azentis.in), our contact forms, and our applications built on Meta platforms (including the WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook, and Instagram).
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to architect@azentis.in with the subject line
Data Deletion Request. - Include the name, email address, and/or phone number you used when interacting with us, so we can locate your records.
- We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then send you a confirmation.
What Gets Deleted
- Contact form submissions (name, email, phone, company, messages).
- Message history from WhatsApp or other Meta platform integrations, including your phone number and profile name.
- Any other personal data associated with your identifiers.
We may retain limited information where required by law (for example, invoicing records), and we will tell you if that applies to your request.
Meta Platform Users
If you interacted with an AZENTIS application through a Meta platform and wish to remove its access to your data, you can also remove the app from your account settings on the relevant platform (for example, Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites). Then submit a deletion request as described above to have data already collected removed from our systems.
